Position Overview:

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Canis Major Group, you will play a vital role, you will be responsible to identify, source, and engage top talent for our clients in Indonesia. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry and develop essential skills for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases/systems in a timely manner.

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and coordinating candidate communications.

• Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and promoting job openings to attract qualified candidates.

• Collaborate with team members to identify recruitment trends, market insights, and potential sourcing opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or administrative support is advantageous but not required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and team members in English and Bahasa Indonesia, a plus point if you can speak and write in Mandarin.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
